Gundersen, MIRM, Dina

As Director of Marketing, Dina Gundersen, MIRM, CMP, manages all of the print and online marketing, advertising and websites for Monte Hewett Homes, an award winning builder of EarthCraft and Energy Star certified luxury homes. She has been instrumental in achieving and maintaining first-page Google rankings for the company's website through use of key words, blogging and a comprehensive online public relations effort. The website won a Gold award from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for its design and effectiveness. A professionally trained graphic designer, Gundersen designs and produces all of the company's marketing collateral, advertising and public relations projects in-house. By keeping everything "under one roof," she ensures brand consistency, design quality and tight budget management. She works hand-in-hand with on-site sales agents to ensure they have the marketing tools they need to put the best foot forward and effectively sell homes. McDaniel, MSCP, MIRM, Kathie

Kathie McDaniel works with Highland Homes in Lakeland, Florida as the Sales and Marketing Director, and volunteers her time as the corporate trainer and recruiter. Kathie has a BA in Marketing from the University of Toledo, is a certified trainer with the University of Housing, is a licensed RE Broker and holds several designations including MIRM and Master CSP.
