Craig Cawrse is President and principal landscape architect for Cawrse & Associates, Inc. He has diverse experience that includes land planning and park design, golf course communities, multi-family housing developments, urban design, and commercial developments. Craig is also an active community member and is currently serving as chairman of the Solon Architectural Board of Review. He is a member of The Ohio State University Department of Landscape Architecture Curriculum Advisory Board, and is an expert and presenter on open space conservation development. He is also a member of the Smart Growth Education Foundation (SGEF) of the Cleveland HBA and serves as one of their speakers on Smart Growth Issues. This past year he was one of the reviewers at the 2004 NAHB Planreview Session in Las Vegas.

He has participated in the master planning and detailed design of golf course communities, open space conservation communities, multi-family communities, commercial developments, office parks and mixed use development projects throughout the United States. He is known for his "land first" philosophy that allows the blending of the proposed product into the most difficult sites. Mr. Davis is active in the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Homebuilders. He has conducted several seminars on land planning, landscape architecture and water pollution control through planning for national audiences.

Kurt Kraisinger is a managing partner in the Kansas City office where his responsibilities include new business development, management of the Landscape Architecture department along with providing a lead role on direction of Design. For more than 14 years Kurt has led design efforts for various project types throughout the country. He prides himself on working with each client to identify, establish and deliver a unique design that meets the goals and objectives of the final project. His experiences include corporate office campus planning, higher education master planning, resort development, residential communities, commercial retail and mixed-use developments, medical office complexes, urban infill development, parks & recreation, streetscapes and rails-to-trails planning. While involved with these projects he has overseen the design of the outdoor spaces that create lasting first impressions. Many of these unique site features include entry monuments, signage features, terrace gardens, entry plazas, water features, outdoor fireplaces and shade structures.

Bill Kreager, as Principal of Mithun's 180 person architectural, design and planning firm, has led the Urban Housing and Planning teams to national prominence in the housing industry. His projects have achieved recognition for environmentally sensitive master site planning and innovative architectural design. His market-oriented work includes projects from small infill communities to new towns of 6,000 acres. The integration of site planning and building design in urban infill, mixed-use development, and sustainable design are the particular focus areas in his practice area. Sustainability is a common vision for all of Bill's work. This focus on sensitive, appropriate and earth friendly design is reflected in many of his projects, such as the demonstration PSE BuildGreen Idea Home recently completed in Issaquah, Washington, and HOPE VI projects located in Washington and Oregon. Bill has built strong ties among numerous organizations, such as MBA, AIA, ULI and NAHB, as well as with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, leading them to work in concert to reach shared goals in sustainable design, affordable housing and livable communities.

Eric Lanning has been with Orenco Systems, Inc. for more than five years and has been an integral part of developing the company's business within the land development/home building industry as well as existing communities. Dr. Lanning has focused on developing the company's understanding and communication of the value different wastewater technologies and options bring to land development projects and the differences in the land development economics they enable. He has spoken at several land development conferences and workshops on decentralized wastewater systems and focuses on providing a management business level understanding of wastewater system economics, options and business solutions.

Noonan, John Michael

J. Michael Noonan is the Minnesota Division President of Rottlund Homes - a Builder 100 regional builder operating in the Twin Cities, Des Moines - Iowa and Tampa - Florida. He is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations of the Twin Cities' division. An urban and regional planner by education and builder/land developer by profession, Mr. Noonan has been involved in the construction of tens of thousand housing units and thousands of acres of land during the course of his 25 year plus career in Canada and the United States. Mr. Noonan holds master degrees from the Carleton University and the University of Ottawa and undergraduate degrees from the University of Toronto and Ryerson Polytechnical University. He is a full member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the Canadian Institute of Planners, is a licensed real estate broker and is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, the Builders Association of Minnesota and the National Association of Home Builders.
