He has 22 years of experience in custom and single-family homes, speculative office buildings, Jersey Shore communities, and traditional neighborhood developments, as well as an extensive background in wood-frame construction. Jeremy Greene has over fifteen years of experience in the field of architecture and planning. He has been with BartonPartners since 1998 and became a principal in 2006 after seven years of service with the firm. Along with project management duties, Jeremy is responsible for directing the daily operations of the firm. Additionally, he is the primary contact for the consulting engineers the firm engages. Bill Kreager, as Principal of Mithun's 180 person architectural, design and planning firm, has led the Urban Housing and Planning teams to national prominence in the housing industry. His projects have achieved recognition for environmentally sensitive master site planning and innovative architectural design. His market-oriented work includes projects from small infill communities to new towns of 6,000 acres. The integration of site planning and building design in urban infill, mixed-use development, and sustainable design are the particular focus areas in his practice area. Sustainability is a common vision for all of Bill's work. Anne Olson, A.I.A., CAASH, brings over 20 years experience in market-driven residential architecture to her clients. She is a regular speaker at the Boomers and Beyond Symposium and the International Builders Show. Most recently, Olson Architecture, Inc.'s recieved a Gold Acheivement Award in the Best of 50+ Housing Awards Program. Their work has been featured in the Taunton Press book, The House to Ourselves, about creating the perfect home after the kids are gone.

MICHAEL WATKINS AIA AICP CNU ICA&CA LEED Watkins ran D.C. of DPZ for 19 years and served as Town Architect for Kentlands, Project Manager, Town Architect and designer for numerous TNDs. He co-authored The SmartCode and produced The Guidebook to the Old and New Urbanism in the Baltimore / Washington Region. Watkins is now an independent consultant providing services as an architect, town architect and town planner. Watkins holds MS Arch Classical Design (Georgia Tech '07) and B Arch (Univ. Cincinnati '85) degrees. He serves on boards of The Seaside Institute (www.theseasideinstitute.org), BOTA (www.BOTA.org) and New Star Communities (www.newstar.org).
